Are you in love with all the pretty sock yarns but not sure how to make socks out of them? This class is for you! Broken up over three class sessions, we’ll work through the parts of a sock so you, too, can wear your own warm, woolen socks this next winter! Week one will focus on casting on in the round, knitting our ribbed cuff, and our stockinette leg portion. Class two will begin the heel turn and gusset stitches. Class three will focus on decreasing our toe and learning to do the kitchener stitch to seam up our sock.
Materials required (not included in class fee):
- Size 1 or 2 double-pointed needles (5 needles total)
- 100g of sock-weight yarn
Purchase your materials in-store for the class and receive a 20% discount as part of your class purchase.
